Our team at Concord is made up of the industry’s top design engineers. All full-time designers are NICET certified and trained by Level IV Design NICET engineers. Concord offers 2D or 3D B.I.M. (hyerlinked) drawing options. Our engineering team, using the industries top CAD programs to visualize and see full scale models, applies their experience when preparing system layout using piping strategies that save valuable field time and unnecessary work. We also utilize industry specific calculation tools to provide accurate hydraulic calculations to design an accurate and effective fire protection system.

Concord prides itself on the authenticity and accuracy of our drawings. We provide ample information on the drawing which improves field installation performance.

Design engineers will survey your project site before building their fabrication report on all large steel pipe projects. This provides accurate pipe fabrications from our supplier and eliminates unnecessary cuts in the field during the installation . These efficiencies provide better estimations for project timelines and reduce the number of hours during the installation.

If your building requires a dry or pre-action system, code demands that a 60 second trip test time must be met prior to any occupancy of the building. At Concord, our engineering team runs a fully simulated fluid delivery calculation to confirm that the system meets the 60 second trip test delivery requirement. This eliminates any question or guess work about if your system will meet these regulations. It also eliminates last minute changes when building and fire officials are performing onsite inspections prior to issuing certificate of occupancy for the property.
